Florida Aviation Academy offers accelerated pilot training at every level, from 0 hours all the way through the Airline Transport Pilot. Accelerated pilot training offers many advantages to the student pilot. Costs tend to be lower, since your learning curve is much steeper due to the amount of time and the frequency of training you will do over a short period of time. Accelerated flight training tends to be more efficient, more cost effective, and turns out safer pilots overall.

Discovery Flight
If you want to learn to fly, an introductory “Discovery Flight” is a flight lesson especially developed to give you the chance to decide if flying is for you. Our “Discovery Flights” offer an ideal opportunity to experience what flying is all about! Because you will be flying with a Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) your entire flight may be logged toward your future pilot’s license. You may take your Discovery Flight in one of our Cessna 152’s, Cessna 172’s, the Piper Arrow PA-28 or the twin-engine Beechcraft Duchess BE-76 (prices vary). Or, you may prefer to try out our Redbird FMX Full Motion Flight Simulator.

Florida Aviation Academy has been authorized under Federal Law of the United States of America to enroll non-immigrant alien students in flight training courses and may issue a form I-20M-N to prospective International Students, which will certify an applicant’s eligibility, only after student’s application for admission and TSA (Transport Security Administration) preliminary approvals have been received and all required documentation is on file.
